Preparing for Our Services

Please empty fridges, freezers, and cabinets you want cleaned inside.
Add-ons can be attached to any visit. Additional services may impact service time.
We bring supplies and equipment. If you have any allergies or prefer your products, tell us when booking your services.

What We Don't Do

Hazardous or biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest infestations
Heavy lifting or moving large furniture and climbing on ladders above safe reach
Exterior windows above the first floor, roof or gutter work
Grout recoloring, permanent stain removal, or repairs
Fireplaces with active ash and chimney cleaning

Quick Notes for Clients

Supplies and equipment included. If you prefer your products, let us know in advance.
Pets. Please safely secure all pets prior to the start of services..
Access and alarms. Provide entry and exit details in advance; we lock up as instructed in writing.
Reminders. We send confirmations and reminders before each cleaning.
Home sizes. Typical tiers: up to 1,700 sq ft, up to 2,400 sq ft, and custom above that. Larger homes or special conditions may require an adjusted quote.
Add-ons can be attached to any visit and are billed separately.
Supplies and equipment included. If we restock consumables for you, those items are billed at cost.
Safety and scope. We do not handle medical, biohazard or hazardous waste, pest infestations, mold remediation, or exterior windows above safe reach.
