Terms & Conditions

• Offer is only valid for service locations up to 1700 square feet (home, office or business). Post construction cleaning, organization,  add on, and spaces larger than 1700 square feet do not apply.
• One-time use per client. May not be applied across multiple service addresses.
• Second Cleaning must be scheduled (booked) within 14 days of first cleaning on the Southern Fresh Cleaning website: www.southernfreshcleaning.com . If not scheduled (booked) within this window, the customer will be charged the full standard service cost of the second cleaning.
• We may require a credit card on file to secure services. Credit card will not be charged until services are completed.
• Southern Fresh Cleaning Company reserves the right to refuse service for any service if conditions are unsafe or outside scope of Southern Fresh Cleaning Company terms, conditions, and policies.
• Second cleaning promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
• Promotion ends on November 30, 2025.
