This website is operated by Southern Fresh Cleaning Company (also known as ”Southern Fresh Cleaning Co.”) and Southern Belle Ventures LLC . Throughout the site, the terms “Southern Fresh Cleaning Co.”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Southern Fresh Cleaning Company. Southern Fresh Cleaning Company offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Welcome to Southern Fresh Cleaning Company. By booking a service through our website, phone, or email, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our website and scheduling our services.

1. Services Provided

Southern Fresh Cleaning Company (a subsidiary of ‘Southern Belle Ventures LLC’) offers residential, small business, office, and post-construction cleaning and organization services including general, standard, deep, and mini cleaning. We do not provide hazardous waste cleanup (including human and animal waste and bodily fluids), including biohazard cleaning, mold removal, or services requiring industrial chemicals. Southern Fresh Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline and deny any service and organization requests that encompass any or all the aforementioned hazardous and biohazardous environments, substances, and wastes. 

2. Scheduling

Unless otherwise instructed or allowed, all services must be scheduled using the booking site: www.southernfreshcleaning.com .

3. Property Access and Pets

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry is delayed or denied, an additional fee may apply. If a customer or their representative is not present, arrangements for access (key, code, etc.) must be made in advance. Southern Fresh Cleaning Company, nor it's cleaning team, are responsible for the locking up or closing of the property served unless prior arrangements have been made in writing and includes the consent of all parties.

Customers and clients must disclose if pets are at the location of service when booking and scheduling services. If pets of any kind are present at the location, they must be properly secured prior to the start of each service. Southern Fresh Cleaning Company reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if pets are not disclosed and properly secured.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $25 cancellation fee. No-access to the cleaning location may be charged the full-service price.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are based on the information provided by the customer (location size, square feet, number of rooms, service type, etc.). Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was described. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept electronic funds transfer/direct deposit, cashier’s check, cash, credit/debit, Paypal, Zelle and Cash App.

Discounts and Coupons: Unless otherwise noted, referral credits, discounts and coupons cannot be combined. Referral credits may be combined (or ‘stacked’) and redeemed up to the full cost of one service. Discount and coupon terms may be adjusted and updated at any time.

6. Refunds and Returns - Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we are committed to making things right. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

7. Damages and Liability

Our team is trained to handle your belongings with care. In the rare case of accidental damage, please notify us within 48 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or normal wear and tear. Southern Fresh Cleaning Company is insured, but coverage may not apply in cases of negligence by the property owner or third parties.

8. Health and Safety

To protect our staff, we do not clean areas containing hazardous materials, unsecured heavy construction equipment and machinery, biohazards, human and/or animal waste, infestations, and/or mold. If there is inclement weather and conditions that prevent, inhibit or interrupt travel to and from the location of service, we will work with you to find a better day and/or time. If a service is booked and these conditions (or similar) are present, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule at our discretion. 

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate conduct and behavior, or violation of these terms. 

10. Changes to Terms

Southern Fresh Cleaning Company and Southern Belle Ventures may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
